What we collect

This website does not keep your messages or requests. The practice doors on the Contact page link to the practice's own platforms or show its phone number and email, so anything you send goes straight to the practice. If you join the mailing list, the site stores your email address and whether you are subscribed. This website is not a portal for clinical records; please do not send sensitive health details by email.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation or session, and — if you opt in — send occasional updates. We never sell your information, and we never share it except as needed to provide care or as required by law.

Confidentiality & minors

Therapy is confidential and protected by law; the limited exceptions are explained at the start of our work together. Inquiries about a minor should be submitted by a parent or guardian. We treat all such information with particular care and collect only what we need.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted through this site, or unsubscribe from emails, at any time by contacting kristine@nyholistictherapy.com.
