About

Hi, I'm Kristine.

I'm Kristine — a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and holistic psychotherapist. I believe healing happens in a space that feels safe, nurturing, and genuinely human. My work blends traditional talk therapy with creative expression, humor, compassion, mindfulness, and insight.

In our sessions, we might draw on art, music, poetry, yoga, meditation, and movement — whatever helps you access what words alone sometimes can't. My approach is hands-on, down-to-earth, and grounded in nearly two decades of practice.

Together we'll work toward positive, lasting change: moving past anxiety, depression, panic, and fear, healing the patterns that keep you stuck, and rediscovering connection — with yourself, with the people you love, and with nature.

My approach

A unique blend of traditional talk therapy combined with creative expression, humor, compassion, mindfulness, education, and insight — so you can discover what makes you thrive and move toward the life you want.

Together we draw on the modalities that resonate — talk, mindfulness, creative work, movement, and more.
