About
Warm, grounded, and genuinely human
New York Holistic Therapy is the practice of Kristine Lynne Wilson, LMHC — a Columbia-trained holistic psychotherapist blending talk therapy with creative and mindfulness-based practice.

My story
How I work
I'm Kristine — a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and holistic psychotherapist. I believe healing happens in a space that feels safe, nurturing, and genuinely human. My work blends traditional talk therapy with creative expression, humor, compassion, mindfulness, and insight.
In our sessions, we might draw on art, music, poetry, yoga, meditation, and movement — whatever helps you access what words alone sometimes can't. My approach is hands-on, down-to-earth, and grounded in nearly two decades of practice.
Together we'll work toward positive, lasting change: moving past anxiety, depression, panic, and fear, healing the patterns that keep you stuck, and rediscovering connection — with yourself, with the people you love, and with the world around you.

What I value
Three things I hold to
Holistic
Mind, body, and spirit — not just a set of symptoms. We draw on talk, mindfulness, creativity, movement, and nature, choosing what fits you.
Grounded & human
Warm, down-to-earth, and never clinical. Therapy here feels like coming home to yourself — honest, compassionate, and occasionally funny.
Creative
Art, music, poetry, and movement to reach what words alone sometimes can't — so insight becomes something you feel, not just think.
